We’re looking for a Line Cook to help us deliver consistent, high-quality dishes. From fast-paced a la carte service to large scale banquets. You will work closely with our Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to keep the plates looking sharp and the standards high.

Key Responsibilities
- Station Excellence: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and prep components ahead of service.
- High-Speed Execution: Prepare and cook items on the menu to order for a la carte service while maintaining speed and accuracy.
- Banquet Support: Assist in the execution of large-scale banquet menus, ensuring consistent quality for every guest.
- Culinary Collaboration: Follow recipes and plating specifications provided by the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain brand standards.
- Food Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout your shift.
- Quality Control: Ensure all food leaving the kitchen meets our standards for taste, temperature, and visual presentation.
- Continuous Learning: Maintain an open mind and a "can-do" attitude when learning new techniques or seasonal changes.
- Teamwork: Communicate effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow.
