Line Cook

We’re looking for a Line Cook to help us deliver consistent, high-quality dishes. From fast-paced a la carte service to large scale banquets. You will work closely with our Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to keep the plates looking sharp and the standards high.

Key Responsibilities

Station Excellence: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and prep components ahead of service.
High-Speed Execution: Prepare and cook items on the menu to order for a la carte service while maintaining speed and accuracy.
Banquet Support: Assist in the execution of large-scale banquet menus, ensuring consistent quality for every guest.
Culinary Collaboration: Follow recipes and plating specifications provided by the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain brand standards.
Food Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout your shift.
Quality Control: Ensure all food leaving the kitchen meets our standards for taste, temperature, and visual presentation.
Continuous Learning: Maintain an open mind and a "can-do" attitude when learning new techniques or seasonal changes.
Teamwork: Communicate effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow.
